Nitrogen Gas Generators / Inertisation units – Oil, gas and Mining

Portable low pressure:

On Site Gas Systems have portable high volume containerized nitrogen generators, typically used for inerting in underground coal mines but are also used for general inerting jobs where portability is required. On Site Gas portable nitrogen generators are custom built to the customers unique requirements and typically will have a purity output from 95% through to 98% (user adjustable) with flows from as little as 100m3/hr to 1700m3/hr from a single system. Systems come with complete automation and remote monitoring and control.

Systems can be supplied as skid mounted full feature packages with air compressors or simply stand alone nitrogen container with customer supplied feed air.

Importantly, On Site Gas Systems has a growing fleet of systems in Australia and can offer long and short-term rentals from this fleet or outright purchase.

 

Portable high pressure:

On Site Gas Systems trailer mounted membrane nitrogen generators are the choice when mobility is a critical factor to your high pressure nitrogen requirements. These systems are designed with all the necessary equipment to produce nitrogen in the field and typically are mounted on a single skid or trailer. These mobile systems come with a high pressure booster and are ideal for applications like remote oilfield and pipeline applications, coal mine fire suppression and general mine inerting.

Systems are built to customer requirements and delivered as a turn key system or can be delivered in component for customer assembly to a skid or trailer.
