Nitrogen – Mining
Portable:
ON Site Gas Systems trailer mounted and portable membrane nitrogen generators are the choice when mobility is a critical factor to your nitrogen requirements. These systems are designed with all the necessary equipment to produce nitrogen in the field and typically are mounted on a single trailer. These mobile systems can come with an optional high pressure booster and are ideal for applications like remote oilfield and pipeline applications, coal mine fire suppression and general mine inerting.
Portable N2 systems are available in flows up to 90,000 SCFH and with a purity as high as 99.5%.
Underground:
Tested at NIOSH in USA, ON Site Gas Systems underground PSA nitrogen generators can be placed within the mine in close proximity to the affected seal area, which provides mine operators the capability to inert any sealed area for as long as needed while eliminating potential obstacles such as terrain, access, or cost.
Underground PSA nitrogen generators are available in 95% purity with a maximum flow rate of up to 300 SCFM at sea level and can be located underground, skid or car mounted with or without wheels
Long and short-term rentals, leases, and options to purchase are all available.
