On Site Gas Systems Nitrogen generator used in winery in Western Australia

The benefits of an on site nitrogen generator are again being felt with the installation of an On Site Gas Systems’ Nitrogen generator into Capel Vale Wines in Western Australia. Capel Vale is a fully integrated wine business from vineyard to bottle.  Operating in Capel, Western Australia, they operate the most highly certified contract bottling plant in the country.

Capel Vale were looking for a way to cut on gas costs for the winery and saw an opportunity to produce their own N2 on site and blend this with CO2 from the gas company.  To fulfil this on site nitrogen generation requirement, Capel Vale chose On Site Gas Systems based on system history and experience (specifically with nitrogen generation in the New Zealand wine market).

On Site Gas Systems supplied a generation system set up to produce 99.9% purity Nitrogen, a feed compressed air system, associated tanks and an automated N2/CO2 gas mixer.  The installation was simple and cost effective.  The nitrogen generation system was supplied with an inbuilt O2 analyzer to enable a real time read out of the purity of gas being generated.
