(Fixed PPM) Model 7100 – 0 – 2,000 Parts Per Million (PPM) Range Oxygen Analyzer

The Ntron Model 7100 provides an affordable and versatile Oxygen Analyzer solution that’s ideal for high-purity gas manufacturing, high quality welding applications, semiconductor manufacturing applications and any other application that requires precise measurement of oxygen. The unit provides high-purity gas measurement in a range of 0 – 2,000 ppm.

A small footprint and compact size makes the Ntron 7100 easy to install. The unit’s expected operational life is five to ten years. The low-maintenance, long-life Zirconia sensor has virtually unlimited shelf life and will not dry out or freeze.

Model C5 – Hand held Percent Range Oxygen Analyzer with Internal Pump

The Ntron Model C-5 is a battery powered, handheld oxygen analyzer with internal pump that can quickly provide analysis of 0-25% oxygen with 0.1% resolution.  Rugged and compact enough to be carried in a briefcase or toolbox, the versatile, inexpensive C-5 is equally suited on the production floor, in research labs, or for tuning combustion processes.

The size of a “C” cell flashlight battery, the C-5 oxygen sensor is inexpensive, disposable, and unaffected by most background gases.

The unit features an integral moisture trap and line filter to protect the oxygen sensor from potential contaminants. The inexpensive, disposable oxygen sensor calibrates with ambient air and is simple to replace.  The C-5 is powered by 4 ‘AA’ batteries.

The Ntron Model 7100P is an affordable solution that’s ideal for spot-checking of high-purity applications.  Multiple analog and RS-232 outputs provide flexibility and the unit is ready to use after only a 2-minute warm-up.

The 7100P is provided with a pump for sampling of gas streams. The flow meter indicates the rate of the sample through the pump and into the analyzer.

Model SCA – All-in-One General Purpose Gas Controller

The Ntron Model SCA is a stand-alone Gas Detector & Controller for use in industrial and laboratory gas monitoring applications. Featuring a wide range of gas detection capabilities, it can operate as a stand-alone unit but comes ready for direct integration with plant PLC or DCS. It can be configured to detect over 150 flammable and toxic gases, as well as CO2 and Oxygen. An integral sensor is included but the SCA can operate through a remote mounted sensor as well.

The Model SCA features three built-in alarm strobes and an alarm horn. A large, backlit, LCD alphanumeric display makes for easy operation, and external push buttons enable fast calibration & configuration. Ntron Model MCA – Multi-Channel Analyzer

The Ntron Model MCA is a modular, multi-channel analyzer for use in industrial and laboratory gas monitoring applications where more than one gas detector is in use. Standard MCA systems can manage inputs from up to 32 remote Ntron MGT3 or MGT9 gas detectors, and can monitor a wide range of flammable and toxic gases, as well as CO2 and Oxygen. Custom systems are available. The MCA’s internal data logging has the capability of recording up to three months of data storage per channel. The Ntron Model MGT9 is a self-contained Gas Detector & Controller, for use in industrial gas monitoring and control applications. The unit is certified as “explosion proof”. It has three alarms, relays, and built-in local indicators and pushbuttons. It can be configured to detect over 150 flammable and toxic gases, as well as CO2 and Oxygen.
The Model MGT9 is capable of stand-alone control but comes ready for direct integration into plant PLC or DCS. It features a plug-in replaceable sensor for ease of maintenance.

Ntron Model PGA – Intrinsically Safe Portable Gas Monitor

The Ntron Model PGA is a rugged, industrial 4-gas hand-held gas monitoring system. With up to four sensors per analyzer, it can be configured to detect flammable and toxic gases, as well as CO2 and Oxygen. Built-in audible and visible alarms include a 360-degree strobe and a 90dB horn.

The unit features an Intrinsically Safe design internal pump that contributes to the Model PGA’s Intrinsically Safe Certification.
Internal data logging can be downloaded through the PC interface facilitates to enable viewing or printing of data-logging info, instrument configuration, calibration (report printing), and programming. A convenient belt clip and hook is included, and rechargeable or dry battery packs are available.
