4000 CFM Nitrogen Container - 2024 Build

2024 saw OSGS build another 2 of our 4000 cfm high pressure containers for our long standing customer EnerMech, a leading oil and gas services company. The units were built to our standard NM4000-HP design in our Sydney plant.

The containers, each delivering 4,000 CFM nitrogen at 95% at 350 PSI and are integrated into a custom built DNV offshore certified container.

The packages are the same as the previous ones built for this customer without any alterations or changes to the last few units delivered speaking for the design and functionality working.

The NM4000-HP container key points:

• Built into a 20ft DNV certified off shore container
• Designed for 4,000 CFM nitrogen at 95%
• 350 PSI (24 bar) working pressure
• 5 stage high pressure filtration package
• Glycol exchanger for the inlet air heating
• OSGS high pressure membranes

The containers are dual power with the option of 240 V AC or 24 V DC power supply. They utilise glycol for pre-membrane air heating and feature fully automated control based on flow or purity.

They also house inlet and discharge flow meters, job flow counters for nitrogen flow measurement, process oxygen sensors, and 2 internal cabin O2 sensors. Additionally, they include a range of instrumentation for measuring pressure, temperature, and dew point for various inlet and outlet condition monitoring.
