New NM800 Model

On Site Gas Systems spent part of 2022 and 2023 redeveloping our hugely popular NM750 – 10ft nitrogen container. 

The NM750 has been retired now in favour of our new NM800 model. The NM800 is still in the same 10ft container format and is capable of producing 800cfm of nitrogen at 95% however can operate in a range from 95-99% purity.

From the introduction of this newly designed nitrogen container, three units have been built across 2023 and 2024 with more to come in 2025 and beyond. The first unit has been in the market operating since mid 2023 and the other two units have been operating 24/7 since the middle of 2024.

The design centered around a newer membrane technology to offer a slightly higher flow which also prompted a new approach to the internal layout of the container. This new layout has produced some great benefits both from construction and assembly simplification to also to operator convenience.

The main container doors (which can be heavy and cumbersome to open for operation) now do not need to be opened other than for maintenance activities. With the addition of a side access door, the operator can operate the unit from outside however should they prefer to enter the container through the PA door, then there is shelter with another screen inside.

• Flow, pressure, temperature, inlet and outlet pressure dew point monitoring
• Dual process oxygen analyser
• Dual internal oxygen detectors (cabin atmosphere monitoring)
• Multiple delta monitoring for pressure, temperature and dew point for strong system self protection
• Automated vent for out of spec feed air and out of spec nitrogen production
  Totally user customisable alarms and set points
• Multi tier security access levels
• Internal and external control screens and warning alarms and strobes
• Fully welded, stainless steel pipe internal pipework
• Optional remote accessibility for alarms, remote monitoring and remote control (cell coverage permitting)
